I’m a mum of three with a small baby and a child with special needs who as anyone in NSW would know r home doing school.... shops aren’t open anyway and I have been in real need of a “glow up” Beauty Affairs helped me! How? First off, they have great customer service! They’re very friendly and get back to you straight away (given it is within working hours) the pack it and send it and I honestly receive it the next morning! To me those are two of the most important things! I can’t go out I don’t have time to do anything... I appreciate anyone who can get me my stuff quick and who actually get back to you! I Love little freebies you guys throw in !

Can't speak highly enough of the staff at Beauty Affairs. Competitive prices, a great range of products, plus, the big one for me, fast delivery. I live in rural South Australia and at times, on line purchases can be a little slow reaching me. However, these guys have it to me in 2 days, hence the reason I choose to use them over a lot of other sites.

Customer service amazing! They let you know when they've shipped it off and mine arrived within 2 business days. They put a mini biscuit in my package and if orders are over $50 you get a free mini gifts, 2 samples and express shipping. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I never usually write reviews, but was actually pleasantly surprised with my experience here. I ordered some skincare items The items arrived within 2 days, exactly what I expected and beautifully packed. In addition, upon finalizing my order I realized I’d missed a step and didn’t include the free gift. I called and left a message. Someone got back to me that day and sent the gift in a separate package. No issues. Awesome customer service will definitely be back.
